All product orders placed are shipped within 24-48 working hrs. We ship throughout India & on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
All Makeup Services are delivered as per the booking schedule specified at the time of booking the service, there are no shipping charges on Makeup Services.
Shipping Charges: For all Orders above Rs 600, we provide free domestic shipping.
On all orders below Rs 600, we charge a flat rate of Rs 60 per order as shipping charge.
These shipping charges which are applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Beaute Crete at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the checkout page.
Beaute Crete shall keep bringing out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other National Holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.
Tracking of shipment is available in your account section on the website for all registered members, whereas for all non-registered members shipment details shall be emailed on the provided email I'd.
Beaute Crete reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to the customer.
Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending for shipping status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped.

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
